what do i get for my money?
The first thing you get is peace of mind knowing that you are being looked after by professionals who care. We understand that a lot of home users do not have the knowledge to fix the kind of problems that PCs can have. Our policy is not to bombard you with technical jargon that may confuse the issue even further, instead we will do our best to resolve the issue and explain it in a way that is understandable and above all else helpful.
Our highly trained staff will talk you though the 'issue' or 'how do I' in a language you will understand. We will give you an estimate of the time it will take to fix before you pay any money. If we don't think we can fix it remotely we won't waste your time, we will give you a break down of the issue(s) and recommend the best way forward with no obligation. |

Remote Assistance
No annual sign up fee £35 per issue for remote assistance |

On Site Assistance
£60 per issue plus traveling at 40p per mile during standard work hours ( an additional charge of £25 will be made for out of hours work)

Off Site
Return to base assistance £40 per issue (if delivered), pick up and return is charged at an additional £20 |
